Amaretti recipe for Christmas.

Today, I tried baking Amaretti and this is the result. They have a nice almond taste, but i must now work on the shape.

Twenty minutes to prepare.
15 minutes to bake, oven 180°C.

200 gr grounded almonds
200gr icing sugar
1 egg white mix with two tea spoons almond extract.

Mix sugar with almonds, add egg white and almond extract.
Make small balls and bake them for 15 mn. Put some icing sugar when you get them out of the oven.
You can replace almond extract by Amaretto!
Will have one with my coffee and i will make some for Christmas.
