Yesterday, I decided to use some honey and make a cake. 


"Grand blond au miel"


400gr flour
40gr cornflour (maïzena)
1 paquet baking powder(11gr)
1 paquet vanilla flavored  sugar.(11gr)
70gr honey
250gr melted butter
6 eggs
5gr salt
1/2 dl milk


1- Mix flour ,cornflour and baking powder.
2- Mix butter, sugar, vanilla flavoured sugar, sugar, salt, honey and eggs.
3-Mix 1&2 together and add milk.
Cook in the middle of your oven 10minutes at 180°C, then at 150°C for one hour.

Oh Catherine, what a delicious cake! Mmm... honey cake with tea, how wonderful would that be!
