GIVEAWAY ,gingerbread house.

This year, i decided I was going to make a ginger bread house.I  found a reciepe and i will share it with you:
GINGER BREAD SHAPES&HOUSE.
340gr flour 
1teaspoon ginger bread spices
1 teaspoon baking powder
5 table spoon honey
180 gr brown sugar
120gr butter
1egg

1-mix flour spices and baking powder
2-heat honey sugar and butter in a saucepan  to melt for 10mn
3-mix 1&2 together and add the egg.
4-make a ball using your hands, put it in the fridge for20mn
5-preheat oven180°C-TH6
6- spead the paste and cut into shapes ,put on a baking tray with a baking sheet and bake for 1Omn (depending on your oven)
I like this table decoration and i think i will take inspiration to do my xmas deco this year.I rather like the little houses in the plates .(sources:"Vie à la campagne","Marianne maison", "Petites gourmandises de Noël" Stéphanie de Turckheim.tanas éditions)

Such a festive gingerbread house and table settings! My daughter and I have been wanting to make one for a while. When she was a little girl they made one in class, and the parents were invited to see them. I didn't see my daughter's house, she had eaten half of it by the time I got there!

Hello Catherine!
Eleven years ago, I worked very hard on a lovely gingerbread house -- it even won a prize in our district competition.
And -- our puppy ate it!
I have not made a gingerbread house since then, but now our puppy is an old gentleman dog, and maybe I will try again this year to make one!

They are such fun to make.

Hello Catherine!
I love gingerbread. I made gingerbread men and candy canes for the tree one year and I loved it. It also made the house smell wonderful too ;) Thanks for sharing this recipe..I'll have to give it a try next month. Beautiful photo's...made me hungry! Have a wonderful Wednesday. Maura :)
