Salmon and herbs cookies.
210 gr flour (0,462lb-0,84cup)
1/2 a tea spoon bicarbonate of soda
100gr cheese (like "Boursin ail et fines herbes"garlic and herbs (0,22lb-0,4cup)
150 gr smoked salmon (0,33lb-0,6cup)
2 soup spoon chives
1- In a bowl mix flour, bicarbonate of soda . Add eggs, peper, cheese and mix together.
2-cut the salmon into small pieces. Incorporate the pieces with chives to the first preparation.
3-Take some paste the shape of a nut. put them on a baking tray covered with a baking sheet. Give them the form of a cookie.
4- bake at 180°C(th6) for 15mn.
Serve with a sauce made of cream, lemon juice and chives. Don't add salt because the saulmon is already salty! (THEY HAVE PUT SALT IN THE RECIPE I TOOK IT OF ,because it is Too salty!!!)
