Winter- walk through the village

The snow is melting, i hope it won't freeze tonight or tomorrow we could do ice- skating on the roads! i took some more pictures during my walk.

Ilove this little weathercock on the thatched house.

i TOOK SOME PICTURES OF DIFFERENT HOUSES IN ANOTHER PART OF THE VILLAGE.

Don't you think he looks friendly?

I went to the mail box when going back home and there was a postcard from Josh the American student who stayed with us for a year.He is iking in the Grand Canyon during his winter break. He was from Chicago, but now he is studying in Los Angeles.I have never been to the Grand Canyon, it looks huge!

A few month ago, i found a site on " country living "  and i  had a look at it . Then i found a lovrly and unsual purse and bag that i ordered ! everybody  is very surprised when i wear it !
Each time i take it everybody is talking to me , they ask where i bought it or " oh! your bag is original! " here it is:

Very nice pictures. Love the horse.
Is it warming up there? We had temps in the 40's yesterday.
Today's a bit cooler and cloudy.

Bonjour Catherine...Your village is lovely with the snow especially. I too love your new purse...I can see what you are asked about it so often. We used to have goats. They were always getting out of their pen!

Hugs, Carrie

Catherine,
Loved your winter walk through another area of your village. Such beautiful sights, and the horses are breathtaking. I love horses, and my daughter is crazy for them. That surely is a lovely bag, and I'm not surprise you get so many compliments on it.
