125gr butter
100gr brown sugar
1teaspoon gingerbread spices
100gr lemon candied peels
100 gr orange candied peels
160 gr grounded almonds
500 gr flour
1 paquet baking powder

1- Mix butter and sugar, add 2eggs.Then incorporate honey, mix with spices and candied peels finely chopped and almonds. Mix with flour and baking soda. then  put the paste in the fridge for 30 mn;
2-Preheat the oven 180°. Roll the paste (5mm thick) and cut the shapes you want.
3- With a brush put some egg yolk on top of your gingerbread. Place on a baking paper and bake for about15mn. Leave to cool .
you need 40mn preparation .

125gr -0,5 cup
100gr- 0,22lb -0,4 cup
250gr- 1cup -o,55 lb
160 gr - 0,352 lb
500 gr-1,1lb -2 cups
