Les petites madeleines de Proust



Ingredients: 90gr butter
90gr flour
75gr sugar

10gr brown sugar
10 gr honey
2 eggs
salt
Melt the butter on law heat.In a bowl,mix eggs, sugar and salt together.After 5mn, sift the flour in. Stir with a wooden spoon. Incorporate cold melted butter and honey.Gently stir.Leave to rest in the fridge for one hour.Preheat the oven at 200°C.Take the dough out of the fridge at room temperature for 1/2 hour.Grease the mould. Put in the oven for 10mn. Leave them to cool.

Sounds good but is it possible to get the measurements in cups or spoons (tsp/T) I really not up on gr.

J'ai roujours voulu faire de madeleines, peut-être cette année, mais je n'ai pas les plats pour les faire cuire.J'espère en trouver dans mon coin.
